Repair prices will depend on the complexity and extent of the work required. So, they can be tricky to figure out in advance. But the below information can help you know what to expect.

Quote

A flat $55 (including GST) inspection fee exists for a camera repair quote, but this is waived if you have the camera repaired with us. If you bring more than one unit in (i.e.: a camera and a lens), these units will charged individually. So, it is preferable to only leave the equipment that you would like inspected and quoted.

Receiving a quote will take anywhere between 3-10 working days, depending on our workload. For urgent repairs, we do offer a rush processing option, whereby a quote is given within 1-2 working days; however, this will incur extra fees.

Please note – this does not guarantee that the work will be completed by the required date as parts availability and delivery will impact repair times.

Labour

The cost of labour depends on the complexity of repair and work on the camera. Simpler jobs involving cleaning would typically have lower per hour costs compared to complex jobs such as mirror box repairs, programming & high impact damage. Custom jobs for the special needs of demanding environments like underwater & unusual lighting situations require custom quotes and can be discussed with our professionals onsite.
